Safety is our number one priority, as we take precautions necessary to ensure that every participant is safe, at all times. Fit Squad has designed and tested all of the exercises, drills and grids to ensure that they are completely safe and accommodate each individual participant. It is mandatory for each participant to complete a Fit Squad Screening form prior to their first session. Fit Squad sessions are run in all weather conditions. All you need to bring is your towel, water bottle and any health and wellbeing equipment (such as an asthma puffer). |
