meet: Natalie Skinner
She started working in the fitness industry at the young age of 12 as a gymnastics coach and new straight away that sport, health and wellbeing was her passion. From there she completed her Certificate in Sport and Recreation, and the highly sort after Certificate in Fitness and Personal Training.
Natalie is highly experienced in:
- Pre and Postnatal exercise
- Weight Management
- Sport Specific Training
- Strength Conditioning
- Postural/Core Assessment and Conditioning
Natalie has extensive experience in coaching movement/gymnastics/dance and conditioning programmes to groups of children and teenagers.
FUN and challenging, Natalie's motivation and energy carries over to her sessions. She delivers results and will give YOU the tools, support and encouragement to improve your health and wellbeing.
Her sessions can vary including boxing, resistance training, TRX training, kettlebell training, postural/core work, flexibility training, plus not forgetting to educate you on becoming a healthier fitter person.
