A passion for the fitness industry, over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and continued professional development has made Brad a sought after exercise professional. His desire and motivation to use his knowledge of sports science, and human biomechanics educates his clients and equips them to reach their most optimal level of health, performance and wellbeing.
Brad has diverse range of clients ranging from rugby tams (current trainer at Ponsonby Rugby Club), triathletes, ironmen, elderly and kids! |
Motivating and training others in health and fitness come naturally to Brad – he is passionate about the subject and is a self-confessed people person. As a former policeman and ambulance officer, he has always had to be fit for his jobs, and even then he was passing on his knowledge, giving informal training to some of his fellow officers.
With a varied sporting history that includes competitive rugby, cricket, golf, martial arts and boxing, Brad understands the advantages of a tailored approach. Recovering from a broken neck also taught him the value of and the reality behind rehabilitation. For Brad it’s about more than how much you can bench press or how many sit-ups you do every morning, it’s also about developing correct technique and putting the right fuel into your body. He firmly believes the right attitude is the only starting point.
Brad believes there is a difference Between Training and Exercise.
