I began my training in 2001 down in Christchurch after a serious injury to my lower back. I was so impressed with the speed and effectiveness of my recovery and what the osteopath did that I decided to pursue a career in the body work industry.
I am now qualified with a Bachelor of applied science in human biology and a diploma in massage. I have been a senior tutor at Wellpark College in Auckland, teaching massage for two years and I have over 9 years experience both in New Zealand and over seas.
I am accustomed to working with various musculoskeletal conditions. The experience I have gained through years of study and clinical practise has allowed me to customise treatments for your individual requirements.
After a consultation, the treatment plan is specifically structured for you and your individual requirements. Many people just like you are discovering the importance of effective body mechanics and muscular maintenance. Treatments play an integral role in keeping the body performing at its best. Maintenance clinic visits vary for each person and sessions can be discussed as required.
