We are an Auckland based fitness, health and wellness studio. Our private and exclusive Fit Studio is located in Grey Lynn, offering world class equipment and expert trainers. Fit HQ, also located in Grey Lynn, is home to in house physiotherapists, massage therapists and nutrition specialists. Fit were the proud Winners of the 'Total Gym, Exercise Studio of the Year' at the 2011 New Zealand Fitness Awards. Fit were also Finalists in the Up & Coming Personal Trainer and Outstanding Studio Support Awards at the 2011 NZ Fitness Awards, and Winners of both the North Island and National Up & Coming Personal Trainer Awards at the 2008 Fitness Life Awards. We have a specialist Pregnancy and Postnatal team that focus on delivering holistic health and fitness to new mums and mums-to-be through Fit Bumps and Fit Mums. Using the most up-to-date research and guided by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (ACOG), we offer unique group exercise classes and boot camps, providing women with the most optimal health prior, during and after pregnancy. We love keeping up-to-date with the latest world wide research and technology, so as to give clients that extra edge and advantage in their training to achieve their goals.
